Melvin Goodge is a tenured professor at the Huntley Smoot University of Comic Sciences, and serves on the selection committee of the university’s prestigious Inker-in-Residence program.
He is the Founding Editor of the American Journal of Lettering: A to Z, and the author of Frolicking through the Funnies: A History of the Chuckles Chewbury Comics. Goodge lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife Patty and their dogs Ink and Paint.
