Shipment processing time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days, but keep in mind that orders don't ship on weekends or holidays. If for some reason we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. But if it looks like there will be a delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you by email. Some of our products, like print-on-demand t-shirts, are shipped by a third party. If you have any questions about delivery from those affiliates, just drop us an email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping on many of our products. Visit the product pages to see whether free shipping is available for your item and location, or send us an email and we'll check for you. Once you get to checkout, the system will calculate and display the shipping cost for you.

We only use express shipping to ensure that your package arrives safely and quickly. We work with different delivery partners, including UPS and FedEx, depending on the product and your location.

Within the EU: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of the World: 2 to 5 business days

We know that sometimes you need to take care of things at the last minute. It happens to the best of us. When that does happen, just drop us a line at shipping{at}curioandco{dot}com and we'll work with you to arrange something faster. We're happy to help when and where we can.

Insurance

Each parcel that leaves our offices is insured, and you can easily track its location while en route. The shipping cost covers express delivery and insurance. The insurance amount is tied to the value of the item you are purchasing.

Tracking

For every order we ship, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your curio as it makes its way to you.

Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipping within the EU, no import duties apply. Orders with a destination outside the EU may be subject to import tax, depending on local laws at your location.

If you have a valid European VAT number, you may be eligible for reverse charges. When filling in your contact and address details, EU-based customers will have the opportunity to provide their VAT number for validation.

Damages

Once the shipment has left our caring hands, we are at the mercy of the delivery team. However, we are just as eager as you are to make sure that your order finds a home, and we'll do everything we can to ensure that you receive it in good condition and in a timely manner.
